Our design places a strong emphasis on energy conservation and proper ventilation to maintain a supply of fresh air. Electrical Engineering Design (Power & Lighting): Our electrical systems were meticulously designed, prioritizing safety regulations while catering to the specific needs of the tenants. Lighting solutions are energy-efficient and tailored to optimize functionality within each space.Fire Protection & Alarm Systems (Sprinkler System): The preliminary placement of sprinkler heads was thoughtfully executed to align with NFPA 13 guidelines. Our comprehensive design, which included pipe selection and pump choices, fully complies with NFPA 13 requirements.
