Sean is a software engineer whose journey began in high school, where self-taught Python programming laid the foundation for a career at the intersection of business and technology. Pursuing a dual major in Business and Computer Science at the University of British Columbia, Sean developed a keen interest in applied algorithms. This passion led to an internship at Enginectra, where he contributed to building the company's first app, its VI Platform which streamlines the company's Fire Alarm Verification business. Inspired by Enginectra's mission and potential, Sean assumed increasingly challenging roles within Enginectra, ultimately becoming the Lead Software Engineer responsible for driving the full-stack development efforts for both internal and client-facing applications.

Sean embodies the company's ethos, contributing an unwavering dedication to the mission and a constant pursuit of excellence. By championing small victories and emphasizing their cumulative impact, Sean fuels the team's success and growth. Notable achievements include crafting a bespoke software development process tailored to the team's needs and the development of Enginectra's Design Platform which automates the lifecycle of M&E Engineering Design projects. With a unique blend of rigorous prioritization and an experimental approach to product development, Sean ensures that technical initiatives progress efficiently and are grounded in validated concepts from their inception. This unique combination of experiences has been instrumental at Enginectra, where Abdel applies his skills in a dynamic environment. His journey into UX/UI began with self-study followed by formal training, including Google's UX Design certificate and an intensive coding internship at ITI. Abdel excels in crafting intuitive user interfaces by leveraging user research and employing empathy-driven design principles. His deep understanding of mechanical systems enhances his ability to devise innovative solutions, aligning perfectly with Enginectra's mission of delivering excellence and innovation in user-centric solutions.

Bookkeeper

Raza holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and is currently pursuing CIMA certification. With over 5 years of accounting experience in the Retail, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Financial Services industries, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.
At Enginectra, Raza works as an accountant, supporting the CFO with daily accounting tasks, monthly closings, and project financials. He also coordinates with the project management team and handles interactions with both customers and vendors. Raza's goal is to ensure smooth financial operations and contribute to the success of Enginectra's projects.
